Terms & Conditions – gc44 Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "gc44", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the gc44 platform, its operators, and its affiliates who manage and operate the website accessible at gc44.io.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the gc44 platform or otherwise accesses or uses any service offered by gc44.
• "Platform" refers to the gc44 website, mobile-optimised interface, all associated games, sportsbook features, cashier, account management tools, and any other services made available by gc44 at gc44.io or through any authorised mobile access point.
• "Account" refers to the unique registered user account created by a Player upon completing the gc44 registration process.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, reload bonuses, or other non-cash incentives awarded to a Player's account by gc44 as part of a promotional offer.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of gc44 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. gc44 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the gc44 platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. gc44 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and KYC cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gc44 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, with the exception of the original verified deposit amount, which may be returned at gc44's discretion.

2.4 Registration Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of your account information throughout the duration of your membership. You must notify gc44 promptly of any changes to your registered contact details, including your mobile number and email address. gc44 accepts no liability for any losses arising from a failure to maintain accurate account information.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gc44 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account. gc44 recommends that Players use a strong, unique password and enable all available security features, including OTP verification on new device logins. gc44 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account where such access results from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

gc44 is required to conduct identity and age verification on all accounts before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires Players to submit valid documentary evidence including, but not limited to, a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate confirming name and date of birth, and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address. KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format. gc44 reserves the right to request additional documentation where initial submissions are insufficient. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

Players may request the closure of their gc44 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by writing to support at gc44.io. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from accounts that have completed KYC verification are typically processed within 30 minutes for mobile wallet payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days, subject to the processing schedules of the receiving financial institution. gc44 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise agreed by gc44's finance team in writing.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the gc44 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). gc44 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that may be required by a Player's bank or mobile wallet provider is the sole responsibility of the Player, and gc44 accepts no liability for conversion losses or fees.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

gc44 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or the financing of any unlawful activity. gc44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, to freeze or hold funds pending investigation, and to report suspicious account activity to the relevant authorities. Players must not use the gc44 platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment wagering. Deposits must be made only from payment accounts registered in the Player's own verified name.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and promotional offers made available by gc44 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, as well as these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that individual promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds awarded by gc44 are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the relevant promotional terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to the total combined value of the Bonus Funds received. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

gc44 does not permit the manipulation of bonus offers through coordinated betting, arbitrage, the use of betting bots or automated strategies, or any other conduct that gc44 determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is identified, gc44 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, to recover any Real Money funds used in the execution of the abusive strategy, and to permanently close the Player's account without prior notice.

5.4 Promotional Eligibility

gc44 promotions are intended for the use of individual Players for their own personal entertainment. Players who are found to be sharing, transferring, or selling promotional benefits to third parties will forfeit all associated Bonus Funds. gc44 reserves the right to restrict the eligibility of any Player for any promotional offer at its sole discretion, including Players who have previously been found in breach of these Terms.

6. Game Rules and Betting

6.1 Game Outcomes

All casino games available on the gc44 platform use certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by the relevant game provider. gc44 does not control or modify game outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game's developer and are applied consistently across all sessions. gc44 does not guarantee any specific outcome or profit from any game session.

6.2 Sportsbook Betting

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gc44 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to defraud gc44 or to manipulate game outcomes.

• Allowing any individual under the age of 21 to access or use your gc44 account.
• Attempting to circumvent technical security measures, including but not limited to using VPNs to mask geographic location for the purpose of accessing restricted services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the gc44 platform, including but not limited to the gc44 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements, is the intellectual property of gc44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the gc44 platform without prior written authorisation from gc44.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gc44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, regardless of whether gc44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gc44's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action in the aggregate, including contract, tort, and strict liability.

gc44 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. gc44 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond gc44's reasonable control.

11. Privacy and Data

gc44 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at the Privacy Policy page on this site. By registering an account on gc44, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. gc44 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors and KYC verification partners is limited to that which is strictly necessary to fulfil the relevant transaction or verification obligation.

12. Amendments to These Terms

gc44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
